Canada operates regional sales offices in outlying areas that are supported by warehouse and office facilities in Montreal and Toronto. The company has 25 full time sales people, and 10 part-time retail merchandisers supervised by an additional 4 sales managers. Sales managers and company principals actively manage key accounts. In Eastern Canada, Maritimes and New Foundland, as well as the Prairie Provinces, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, sales agents represent the company utilizing a full line sales fore and retail merchandisers.
The United States sales structure is geographically oriented with 4 Sales Managers supporting a national network of 35 commissioned food brokers. Each broker is responsible for a specific state or metropolitan area, and calls on all classes of trade within their area. In addition, each Sales Manager handles specific key accounts.
Sales force structure is currently being rolled out to adequately support all classes of trade across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The CEO actively manages key accounts and sales agents represent the company utilizing a full line sales force and retail merchandisers.
